Set amongst fields of cherry, oak and truffle, the house enjoys views of rolling hills, distant mountains and the medieval hill-top town of Penna San Giovanni. The River Saline is a short walk away.
The accommodation comprises 400 square metres of living space over three floors. All the rooms are spacious and generously proportioned, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Clever design facilitates the flow of indoor/outdoor living, with open-plan spaces extending to outside terraces and gardens.
The large lawned garden is planted with olive, cypress and mature elm, providing plenty of shade.
