A booking deposit of £500 per week is payable at the time of booking. The rental balance and a refundable security deposit of £500 are payable eight weeks prior to occupancy. Weekly cleaning, linen, towels and pool towels are included in the rental price. Additional cleaning and heating by arrangement.
